We carry a simple selection of commercial steel doors that we can modify if needed for many applications. We also have access to a wide variety of steel doors ranging from Embossed panel to steel stiffened door.

Flush steel doors

- Each product group is available with standard and custom sizes, cores and hardware configurations.
- Door thicknesses up to 2 1/4″ (57mm) are available. Certain restrictions apply.
- Use of top caps is an optional extra and subject to all fire labelling rules.
- Fire rated doors shall be tested in accordance with ASTM, NFPA and UL standards and carry the mark of and be listed by an independent, recognized and accredited laboratory.
- Available in 20G, 18g, 16g and 14g.

Embossed Panel

- Polystyrene Core
- 16 gauge inverted end channels, welded in at both ends. 16 gauge surface closer reinforcing included at top of door.
- Door edges are bevelled 1/8″ over 2″.

Full Weld Seam (FWS) and Steel Stiffened Core

For high abuse and high frequency areas, our fully welded lock seam doors are available in 16 gauge & 14 gauge face skins. Spot welded steel stiff to face of doors skins with all voids fiber glass filled.
- 16 gauge inverted end channels, welded in at both ends. Surface closer reinforcing included.
- Door shall have fully welded, invisible, vertical, lockseam edges, dressed, ground smooth and primed
- Door shall be 1 3/4″ (44mm) thick Door shall be flush design with no face seams.
- Door edges shall have 1/8″ (3mm) bevel over 2″ (51mm).
